Sunway City (Pvt) Ltd was established by the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ) in 1996. The company is wholly owned by the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ). IDCZ is a state-owned enterprise under the Mutapa Investment Fund. Sunway City’s mandate is to develop eco-friendly world class integrated industrial, commercial, residential and institutional parks to provide relevant infrastructural developments to facilitate industrialization and economic growth of Zimbabwe as well as regional integration and trade. VISION To be a flagship Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Real Estate and Smart City Developer in Zimbabwe in contribution to the fulfilment of National Development Policies.
